The current run will continue for the Pierce, through Thursday, June 2, and go off Friday, June 3rd in the morning. The rest of the canal will run through Friday, June 3rd and go off in the morning of Saturday, June, 4th. The Board met this morning and they have decided that the next run will begin on Monday, June 6th. The end date will be determined dependent on river conditions. This is subject to water availability and we will keep you updated as best we can. The Board will meet again on Wednesday, June 8. The Board decided that the next run will begin on Monday May 30th and the end date will be determined when the Board meets again on Wednesday June 1st. This is subject to water availability and we will keep you updated as best we can. The Board of Directors met this morning to discuss the current water run. Due to the cold temperatures, the river is not producing enough water to meet system demands without tapping into storage. As a result, the current run will end after today, May 25, and come back on as soon as river conditions allow, possibly by this Saturday, May 28.

Our current run will continue through Friday, May 20th and will turn off Saturday morning. Our next run will be a 4-day run, starting Tuesday, May 24 and tentatively running through Friday, May 27th. Due to availability of river water and the need to charge and flush the system, the commencement of the delivery season will be delayed one day to Tuesday, May 17, 2022. The local members of the WSSC Board of Directors met this morning to discuss the irrigation schedule. The first run of the 2022 season will start on Monday May 16, 2022, provided the river produces enough water to meet demands without needing supplemental water from storage. This water will be non-charge (please refer to the operating rules on the website). Please coordinate with your ditch rider for deliveries.
